The Home Health RN will be responsible for accurate OASIS completion, ICD-10 coding, and ensuring compliance with CMS and PDGM regulations. They will also manage insurance authorizations and maintain high-quality clinical documentation and care planning.
Candidates must hold at least a 2-year degree and possess strong expertise in OASIS and ICD-10 coding within a home health setting. Prior experience with EMR systems is required, with a preference for those familiar with Careficient.
