The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for performing advanced indirect and selected direct patient care duties in support of the clinical process. They observe and interact with adolescents struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders, ensuring safety and promoting quality patient care.
Candidates should possess knowledge of industry standards related to recovery advocacy and demonstrate professional readiness in areas such as self-awareness and ethics. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
