The role involves covering caregiver call-outs, supporting new client starts, and performing field-based personal care duties. When not in the field, the employee will work in the office to complete administrative tasks and assist with coverage planning.
Candidates must have strong HHA experience with hands-on personal care skills, with CNA certification preferred. A valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and CPR/BLS certification are required for this position.
HHA / CNA Field Support – Full-Time $22/hour | Guaranteed 40 Hours | Weekly Pay
Looking for a dependable HHA or CNA who wants full-time hours with flexibility in their schedule. This role is primarily field-based, covering caregiver call-outs and supporting new client starts. When field coverage is not needed, you’ll work in the office to complete your guaranteed hours.
This role requires availability to work any assigned shift, including evenings, weekends, and overnights. Guaranteed hours are fulfilled through a combination of field shifts and assigned office time.
