This role supports inpatient case management services focused on discharge planning, care coordination, and utilization review in a high-volume acute care environment.
POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for RN Case Managers with strong acute care experience who are comfortable managing high patient caseloads and coordinating multidisciplinary care across complex patient populations.
