How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver direct patient care as a Registered Nurse, ensuring safe, evidence-based interventions that improve patient outcomes and support high-quality clinical performance. Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, adjusting treatments based on patient response, clinical data, and interdisciplinary team collaboration. Assess, document, and communicate patient conditions using Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) to ensure accurate clinical documentation, compliance, and continuity of care. Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team as a Registered Nurse, ensuring effective care coordination, timely interventions, and improved patient safety and experience.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
