Requires a diploma from an accredited nursing school and a valid Texas Registered Nurse license. Must obtain BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation certification within 30 days of hire.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead patient care delivery by following established clinical standards to ensure every individual receives safe, high-quality, and dignified treatment. Coordinate the interdisciplinary team as the primary point of contact, ensuring all healthcare specialties work in harmony to support the patient’s recovery. Execute clinical orders and care plans with precision, closely monitoring patient progress to provide timely updates that drive better health outcomes. Create seamless discharge journeys by collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patients have everything they need for a safe and confident transition home.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
