Inabia is looking for a COTA to join our team in a Rehabilitation setting. If you’re passionate about patient-centered care and enjoy collaborating with a supportive team, we’d love to meet you. You’ll deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT and help patients progress toward meaningful functional goals. • Key responsibilities
• Deliver occupational therapy treatment interventions under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Support patient progress toward functional goals involving ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence.
• Document treatments, patient response, and progress accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active California COTA license/certification required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
