As a Mental Health Technician, you will ensure a safe and therapeutic environment while providing routine patient care in a psychiatric setting. You will document changes in client behaviors, assist with patient groups, and maintain therapeutic boundaries.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility is also preferred.
