The clinical nurse provides safe, patient-centered nursing care in an ambulatory setting, including performing assessments and supporting clinical procedures. They also coordinate patient care, manage telephone triage, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold at least an Associate’s degree in Nursing and possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington, DC. A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient environment, is required.
The clinical nurse provides safe, patient-Centered nursing care in an ambulatory setting. This role performs routine assessments, supports clinical procedures, assists with care coordination, and reinforces patient education while contributing to a collaborative, team-Based care environment.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
