The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs, and designs personalized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes. They also provide leadership to support staff and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must be graduates of an APTA-approved physical therapy program and hold a current, unrestricted PT license. At least one year of experience in a healthcare facility and the ability to travel within the coverage area are required.
