The Residential Support Specialist provides daily personal care, social support, and physical assistance to adults with developmental disabilities. They ensure residents receive individualized care while maintaining a safe, dignified, and comfortable home environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Experience with ID/DD individuals and CNA certification are considered pluses, and applicants must be willing to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
