The Occupational Therapist will assess patient needs to develop and implement personalized treatment plans in home health settings. They are responsible for providing therapeutic interventions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress.
Candidates must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and possess valid state licensure. Additionally, they must be able to commute to patient homes and pass an AHCA Level 2 background check.
