Assess patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans to promote healing. Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans, and maintain accurate documentation of treatments.
Requires valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist and an AHCA Level 2 background check. Candidates must be able to commute to patients' homes and work weekends or on short notice.
