Assist occupational therapists in implementing individualized care plans and monitoring patient progress. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress notes in a timely manner.
Requires certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program and a valid state license. Candidates must be able to commute to patient homes and pass an AHCA Level 2 background check.
