Provide routine individualized care to patients, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and companionship. Monitor and report changes in patient health status while following the established plan of care.
Requires a valid CNA certification, completion of an HHA course, and at least one year of documented health care experience. Candidates must also possess a current CPR certification, a negative TB test, and a valid driver's license.
