The physical therapist will evaluate, test, and treat patients to alleviate mechanical and physiological impairments while developing personalized therapeutic intervention plans. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress, instructing families on home programs, and maintaining productivity standards.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program and possess or be eligible for an Illinois state license. An active BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required, and the position is open to new graduates.
