Job Overview

• Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatric physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Burnsville.
• This clinic is a multispecialty clinic serving the South Metro, adjacent to M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital.
• Practice Details: 9 provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite.
• Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
• 34 patient contact hours per week.
• Call Frequency: 1:22 Openings: 1.0 FTE or less - Flexible schedule.
• As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
• Community Information: Burnsville is a suburban city south of Minneapolis, known for its convenient location and diverse community.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency training program. BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA. Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.
