The clinician provides tailored clinical interventions to support the behavioral health needs of children, youth, and families. They facilitate learning circles and provide intensive support to promote resilience, trauma mitigation, and community connectedness.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or PhD/PsyD in a behavioral health field such as Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work. Clinician II roles require two years of supervised clinical experience and current Alaska clinical licensure.

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Clinician is responsible for providing clinical interventions tailored to the customer-owner needs and prepare them for participation in learning circles.
This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.
This is an in-person care position in Anchorage, Alaska.

Child and Family Outpatient Services (CFOS) offers a wide range of supportive care to individuals, children, and families with behavioral health needs. Resiliency development, parenting and supportive learning circles are also available for our families. Our clinic primarily serves youth between the ages of 3 and 21 years and their families.
Intensive Home Based Treatment (IHBT) is a four-to-six-month program that is preventative program with the goal of keeping kids in the home and connected with their community. IHBT connects families with 24/7 support from providers. The family develops skills for mitigating trauma, improving relationships, and promoting youth and family resilience and community connectedness.
The Pathway Home (TPH) is an off-campus trauma-informed, comprehensive, individualized residential treatment center for adolescents ages 13 to 18.
1. Master’s degree in behavioral health field including Counseling, Psychology or Social Work; OR PhD/PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. 2. Obtain Alaska Clinical Licensure in designated field within four (4) years of hire.
Additional Qualifications for Clinician II: Meets all requirements of Clinician I in addition to the following:
1. Two (2) years of supervised clinical work experience for Master’s level Behavioral Health; OR two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience for PhD or PsyD level; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Clinician I at SCF. 2. Current Alaska Clinical Licensure in designated field.
