The Registered Nurse provides patient care using the nursing process while delegating tasks to team members and ensuring quality outcomes. They also serve as a leader on the interdisciplinary team and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a registered nurse diploma and a current RN license in the state of practice. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is also required.
