The provider will deliver brief, evidence-based behavioral health and substance use disorder services within a collaborative primary care team. Responsibilities include conducting rapid assessments, providing crisis support, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and a Master's degree in a related field such as Psychology or Social Work. A Montana Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license and Addiction Counselor Licensure Candidate (ACLC) status are required.
