Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services, including evaluations and individualized care programs, to help older adults regain independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure quality resident care.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Ohio state license. At least two years of experience, preferably in long-term healthcare, and CPR certification are required.
