Behavioral Health Therapist

Overview

• Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome mental health and substance use challenges and live their best lives?
• We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team at Community Behavioral Health with Community First Solutions.
• In this role, you’ll provide high-quality behavioral health treatment services for clients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) needs.
• You’ll complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care.
• Your clinical expertise, compassion, and teamwork will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Compensation

• Competitive salary, based on licensure
• Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday 40 hours per week Flexibility on start and end times of day
• One later evening required per week, until 7-8pm

• You: You hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• You are licensed as one of the following: LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or LMFT. You bring experience in providing Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health treatment, with outpatient or intern experience considered. You have strong clinical skills, a commitment to client rights, and the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients. You have knowledge and skills in working with co-occurring disorders. You are comfortable completing assessments, individualized treatment plans, documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
