The LPTA applies physical therapy procedures and therapeutic exercises to help residents restore mobility and independence. They are also responsible for fitting assistive devices and maintaining accurate patient records under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program and a current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license. At least three years of experience, preferably in long-term healthcare, is desired.
Certified Residential Medication Aide/Personal Support Specialist (CRMA/PSS)
Domestic and Sexual Violence Counselor
