Nursing Assistant - Tower 2 Coronary Care Unit - Rotating and Night shift

Shift- Full time and part time opportunities Hours

7am-7pm and 7pm - 7am rotating shifts available 7pm-7am night shift available Every 3rd weekend and rotating holiday requirement Tower 2 is a 60-bed mixed acuity, cardiac and telemetry unit. T2 specializes in the care of patients 18 years and older who are recovering from cardiac and vascular surgeries and interventions (post open-heart surgery, ventricular assist devices, vascular, and thoracic surgery) and cardiac medical patients, (post-interventional cardiology procedures, heart failure, and acute coronary syndrome) and patients requiring intermediate level of care. General Summary Provides clinical support services to patient care staff by performing a variety of duties related to patient care. Takes patient vital signs, assists patients with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, feeding, toileting, etc.), inventories and replenishes supplies and equipment, and performs special assigned duties such as performing EKGs and Point-of-Care testing.
