Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide remote mental health counseling to clients in Maryland. This position involves working with clients through virtual sessions, helping them understand their concerns, build coping skills, and make progress toward treatment goals. This role is a strong fit for an LCPC who wants a structured full-time schedule, steady compensation, and the ability to provide quality care without commuting to an office. You will be responsible for clinical care, documentation, and ongoing treatment planning in a professional telehealth setting.

Responsibilities

Provide remote counseling services to clients located in Maryland Complete intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs Support clients dealing with emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns Develop treatment goals that are realistic, measurable, and client-centered Document session notes, progress updates, and treatment changes accurately Use sound clinical judgment during virtual sessions Maintain compliance with Maryland licensing standards and telehealth regulations Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license in Maryland Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or adolescents Comfortable delivering services through telehealth Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions Familiarity with electronic health records and online documentation systems
