The CT Technologist performs CT exams and procedures under the direction of a radiologist to provide diagnostic quality imaging. This multimodality role also involves performing Diagnostic Radiology and EKG services while adhering to safety guidelines.
Candidates must be graduates of a JRCERT accredited school of Radiology with ARRT registration, an IEMA license, and BLS certification. A CT certification program graduate and CT certification are preferred.

The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist I provides patient centered service as an imaging technologist in Computed Tomography. Under the direction of the radiologist, the CT Technologist performs CT exams and procedures with minimal supervision, at a technical level. The CT Technologist administers ionizing radiation for adequate diagnostic quality while abiding by ALARA guidelines and meeting all regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care.
