Responsible for producing high-quality ultrasound images and patterns used for patient diagnosis and treatment. Duties include performing scans, collaborating with leadership for workflow efficiency, and participating in departmental research and quality initiatives.
Requires a professional certificate or diploma in Diagnostic Imaging/Sonography and ARDMS or ARRT certification within 90 days. An associate degree in Diagnostic Imaging is preferred, and 0-1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist is required.

Comprehensive understanding of computer operations relating to Imaging, Electronic Health Records, Reporting Systems, PACS, and all Hospital Information Systems that integrate with the department, relating to patient information and management. - Possesses analytical abilities necessary to effectively utilize advanced knowledge of imaging processes, techniques, procedures, and anatomy. - Exemplifies flexibility and willingness to adapt to the operational needs and presents as a positive representative of the department. - Excellent attention to detail, written, and communication skills - Use independent judgment and initiative under pressure in a variety of situations. - Maintains effective working relations and communication with colleagues and patients.
