Coordinates and delivers patient care using a health care team philosophy practice model. Manages patient teaching, discharge planning, and coordination with ancillary departments.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current Registered Nurse license and BLS certification. Previous general duty nursing experience is preferred but not required.
