• Work hours: · 20 hrs; 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM rotating weekends (Must be available to work the 4th and 5th weekend rotation)

• Here’s What You Need · Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Required · Other Pharm D.
• Required · CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required. · PHAR- Pharmacist upon hire required. · 3 years of hospital experience or residency preferred. · Highly preferred PGY1 residency completion (or equivalence) · Experience working in an inpatient acute care or hospital pharmacy setting is highly preferred. · IV certification highly preferred · Must be proficient in written and verbal English language communication skills, computer proficient and possess basic math skills.
• What You Will Do · Communicating effectively, building positive professional relationships and role modeling teamwork. · Timely and accurate support of medication distribution including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities. · Provision of clinical pharmacy services for the safe and efficient patient care. · Ensuring the accuracy of one's own work as well as maintaining required competencies and other documentation.
• Consistent support of the department's quality improvement and patient safety standards programs and initiatives is also required. · Ongoing professional development and growth. · Not only the management of one's own time but shares the responsibility for minimizing pharmaceutical costs (including wastage) and discovering new process efficiencies. · Respond to medical emergencies per hospital policy as available. · Other duties as assigned.
