Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals.
At High Focus Centers in Parsippany we are currently seeking a Licensed Counselor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to our co-occurring adult clients.

Address: 99 Cherry Hill Rd #220, Parsippany, NJ 07054 Schedule: Monday - Friday, including 1-2 evenings/week 12pm-8pm Salary: $52,000/year - $60,000/year (with FREE licensure supervision) Here at Parsippany Outpatient, our Counselors: Provide elite-level care to adolescents seeking treatment by evaluating behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs Provide personalized treatment plans specific to individual needs Facilitate all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact.
Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources/referrals Other duties as assigned Education and Experience: REQUIRED: Master's degree in human services or related field and able to obtain licensure within 1 year of hire REQUIRED: LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC (or are in the process of obtaining) Preferred: 1 year (minimum) working with Co-occurring, and/or Substance Use Disorder populations Pyramid CORE Values: We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
