The RN is responsible for assessing, monitoring, and managing the overall care of medical/surgical patients, including administering medications and documenting progress. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold a New York RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN degree (or an Associate degree if enrolled in a BSN program). Preferred experience includes 1+ years in Oncology or medical/surgical nursing with an interest in Oncology.
