Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients in their homes to develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily living and functional abilities Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Graduate of an
• accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• and active OT license in Florida CPR certification and AHCA level 2 https://info.flclearinghouse.com Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations Good clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and compassionate Minimum 1 year of home health experience required Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation
