The Registered Nurse provides safe, holistic, and systematic therapeutic care to patients and their families. This includes integrating clinical knowledge and skills to provide education and support throughout the continuum of care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Louisiana State RN license and BLS certification. Proficiency in English communication and basic computer skills are also required.
The Registered Nurse provides safe therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way, incorporating differences into the provision of care. Integrates knowledge, skills, and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum to include patient and family education. Relies on education and training to complete responsibilities within scope of licensure as registered nurse.
