Requires graduation from an approved occupational therapy school, NBCOT registration, and a current Illinois state license. Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also required.

Be a part of a world-class academic healthcare system, UChicago Medicine, as an Occupational Therapist (Acute and Hospital at Home) at the Hyde Park campus and surrounding areas. This includes providing OT in patients' home settings.
In this role, the Occupational Therapist performs Occupational Therapy services and assessments to UCM patients upon referral from a licensed practitioner. The Occupational therapist will be responsible for clinical care and program development within OT services and the supervision of patient care rendered by technicians and OT students as assigned.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Acute and Hospital at Home service lines. This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients and complex clinical presentations in a collaborative, academically oriented environment.

UChicago Medicine is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position.
The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
