The Registered Nurse is responsible for admitting patients, developing patient-specific plans of care, and coordinating services with providers and other disciplines. Key duties include performing OASIS documentation, overseeing LPNs and Home Health Aides, and managing a modified caseload.
Candidates must have a Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree (BSN preferred) and at least two years of acute care nursing experience. A valid Connecticut RN license, driver's license, car insurance, and CPR certification are required.
