The Family Medicine Physician will join the outpatient primary care team, providing care across the lifespan from newborns through geriatrics in a mission-driven clinical environment. Responsibilities include 32 clinical hours per week, minimal call duties, and 8 clinical follow-up hours dedicated to care coordination, patient follow-up, and documentation.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and have completed an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Applicants must be Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine and eligible for licensure in Massachusetts, along with holding a current DEA registration and BLS certification.

$229,200 – $271,200 based on years of experience. Join one of the largest community-based primary care systems in Massachusetts while caring for diverse Boston communities in a mission-driven clinical environment. Physicians may also be eligible for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and Massachusetts State Loan Repayment Programs. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Position Highlights 32 clinical hours per week 8 clinical follow-up hours for care coordination, patient follow-up, and documentation Minimal call requirement, typically 2 to 3 times per year, supported by Contact Center triage Outpatient care across the lifespan, from newborns through geriatrics EPIC electronic medical record Clinical leadership support from Medical Directors and Associate Medical Directors Collaborative care teams including APPs, RNs, MAs, practice secretaries, and professional medical interpreter services Clinical privileges available at Boston Medical Center Physicians join an experienced primary care team supported by Medical Directors and Associate Medical Directors who prioritize collaborative practice and physician support. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts DEA registration Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Bilingual Spanish or Arabic language skills are welcomed, though professional interpreter services are available to support patient communication.
