Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – ACTT Community Mental Health

• Community-Based client support
• Meet clients in homes and community settings
• Transport clients to medical appointments and community resources
• Help reduce barriers to treatment and improve continuity of care

• Crisis response & on-Call rotation
• Participate in rotating crisis phone coverage
• Assist with crisis planning and hospital diversion efforts
• Support commitment procedures when clinically appropriate

Qualifications

✔ Active North Carolina LPN license OR Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification ✔ Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally ✔ Reliable transportation ✔ Comfortable working independently in community settings

Preferred

✔ Behavioral health experience ✔ Community health or ACTT experience ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
