The Oasis Associate provides person-centered support to individuals experiencing housing instability by helping them access essential resources and community services. They are responsible for fostering a safe environment, documenting interactions, and collaborating with teams to coordinate care and advocate for client needs.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance is also required.

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Day Shift
The Oasis is open 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Oasis Associates are scheduled from 6:30 am-11:30 am; 1:00 pm-5 pm. Every other weekend is required.
