The clinician will deliver high-quality, integrated primary and gynecological care to patients in a fast-paced clinic environment. They will also contribute to evolving clinical workflows and maintaining high standards of patient experience and care quality.
Candidates must be a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active, unrestricted California license. Strong experience in both primary and gynecological care is required, along with the ability to independently manage a broad scope of patient visits.

Compensation & benefits
Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 – $160,000, depending on level and experience.
