Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services within an integrated outpatient clinic setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for acute and chronic needs.
Must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or OB/GYN. Requires an active California Medical License, DEA registration, and completion of an accredited residency program.

We’re hiring an early-career Physician to provide high-quality, whole-person care in our Pasadena [https://asktia.com/locations/tia-pasadena/]clinic. This role is ideal for a recent residency graduate looking to build strong clinical foundations while growing within a supportive, team-based environment.
You’ll be a core part of our care team, delivering primary care and women’s health services while continuing to expand your clinical scope, confidence, and long-term career pathway in practice. Compensation & benefits
Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
The expected base salary range for this role is $220,000 – $240,000 depending on level and experience.
