$34 - $35 / HOUR
The LPN is responsible for conducting initial nursing assessments and administering medications to adult clients in a residential substance use treatment facility. They also monitor therapeutic effects, deliver care according to detox protocols, and collaborate with the clinical team to support patient recovery.
Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered LPN license in Massachusetts and current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certifications. At least one year of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment is preferred.

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team and support the medical needs of adult clients in residential substance use treatment. The LPN plays a key role in client care through nursing assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the broader clinical team.
