The Physical Therapist evaluates patients to develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans based on medical recommendations. They are also responsible for supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and maintaining detailed clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and a current Massachusetts state license. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred, and while outpatient experience is a plus, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

The Physical Therapist evaluates, develops, and implements treatment plans for patients.
Plans and implements therapeutic programs based on established goals with consideration for medical recommendations, protocols, and precautions. These programs may involve the administration of modalities Supervises the treatments provided by the Physical Therapist Assistants relative to the goals and treatment plans of patients. Communicates with Physical Therapist Assistants regarding the prognosis of the patient Completes documentation, which meets federal and state guidelines Maintains licensure in conjunction with federal and state guidelines You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy Currently licensed in Massachusetts as a Physical Therapist
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty 1+ years of outpatient experience, new graduates are encouraged to apply
