The role involves implementing the nursing process by delivering effective, relationship-based nursing care to patients and families to help them attain optimal health status. This includes demonstrating technical skills for safe practice, optimizing patient care through clear communication and collaboration, and contributing to the professional practice of nursing.
Candidates must have a Diploma RN, Associate, or Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited program and must obtain current BLS Provider Certification during Nursing Orientation. While an Ohio RN license is not required to be considered, employment offers may be contingent upon successfully obtaining one.
