Behavioral Health Technician / Recovery Support Specialist – 1st Shift (SUD Treatment) Location: Concord, MA (NEW Facility!) Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our day shift team. In this role, you’ll provide support and structure for clients throughout the day, helping to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment while ensuring daily routines and programming run smoothly.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support new admissions, including paperwork and orientation as needed
• Conduct routine safety checks and monitor client behavior during the day
• Document observations and interactions accurately in shift logs
• Respond to emergencies or crises in collaboration with clinical staff
• Ensure a calm, structured environment that supports client safety and stability
• Assist with groups, activities, or medication lines under supervision
• Maintain adherence to schedules and treatment protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or similar setting
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
